I believe that what we put into our body determines what we get out of it. Everyday is a chance to better yourself in some way. My name is Katie and I am a college students who loves to dance, run, bike, cook, and live life to the fullest. During the school year I am on my university Dance Company, I teach dance at a few studios, I am an aerial dancer, and in my free time I loooooove to be active and explore new recipes and foods. My favorite foods are pizza, ice cream and chocolate so as you can see I'm not a fan of depriving myself of the gooood stuff, I just like to try to make thing healthier for my body!
